Dr. Robert Tobin has consulted and coached more than 100 senior executives on change, transition, strategy, and innovation.

He works with a wide variety of firms, advising executives on issues of executive development and coaching, organizational change, team building, innovation, strategic direction, organizational effectiveness, corporate culture, and human resources management. He listens, asks good questions and helps corporate leaders with decision-making and setting direction.

His clients are market leaders such as IBM, Dell, Disney, Cisco, UBS, State Street, AIG, Rohm & Haas, GAP, Intercontinental Hotel Group, and Tyco Industries.

Originally from Boston, he has lived and worked all over Asia for almost twenty years and is now based in Tokyo, Japan. Bob is also Professor at Tokyo's Keio University where he teaches courses on Innovative Business Strategy, Leadership and Organizational Change.

Hitoshi Ohashi has been an international consultant for almost twenty years. He is based in Tokyo and has worked in almost every geographical area of Japan. He assists clients with sales promotion, organizational and personal coaching, organizational change, sales training, and customer satisfaction projects.

He is a highly skilled communicator and engaging presenter and is well-known for bringing out the best in others. He was an integral part of the project team which conducted employee satisfaction focus groups at a major consumer products company and has extensive experience conducting 360 interviews. His coaching often combines internal and external factors.

Hitoshi often works in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong. He is a skilled interculturist and is fluent in Japanese and competent in English and Chinese.
