Executive Coaching A typical assignment for Bob is coaching high level executives in transition, such an individual moving from a Chief Financial Officer role to Chief Executive Officer, someone moving from President in Japan to regional responsibilities, or coaching a leader whose organization is involved in a merger or acquisition. Hitoshi works with Bob on some assignments. He also has his own clients who are primarily marketing and sales promotion managers and executives. We can provide a complete assessment including testing battery, and a 360 feedback survey and reporting services. Our coaching approach matches the clients needs and style and help executives diagnose, design, think and act in ways that fit their new roles. We talk, we listen, we ask questions that no one else asks, and we give feedback that executives are not able to get on their own. We encourage decisionmaking and actions that will make the executive more effective and the organization more successful. Consulting Executives need someone outside their own company whom they can talk with and trust. Coaching to senior leaders who are leading change, entering into a new market, changing their culture, growing a firm and a brand. We provide a sounding board for new ideas, we bring in our experience working in similar industries and we work as trusted advisors to many companies in Japan. We often are asked to collect qualitative data from different employee groups in order to better understand the results of extensive corporate surveys. We work with many executives on a quarterly basis, providing an outside perspective on their plans and progress. Speaking Stimulating, thought provoking, engaging and humorous talks for conferences, conventions and regional meetings. Innovex: The Innovation Experience Tobin Ohashi Group, in partnership with anther consulting organization, provides a 3 day intensive Innovation Camp, Innovex, designed to create a culture of innovation in your company. This program is now being developed and will be offered in Japan in late 2007 or early 2008. |
